Who is LaShawnda?
LaShawnda Rodgers, is Kingdom Warrior, Intercessor, Wife, Mother, Daughter, and Friend. Every since she was a child she has loved helping others and letting them know somebody was in their corner. Having survived much trauma, abuse, depression and almost taking her life she now inspires, motivates, and with the Holy Spirit equips people with the tools to soar in their businesses, careers, and personal lives.
In her professional life, she is a visionary in change management, DEI, project management, coaching, and leadership development. She stands at the forefront of organizational transformation. As the Founder and Principal Consultant at Rodgers Global Leadership Consortium, she brings a rich 20+ year history of guiding multi-million-dollar global projects, technical consulting, coaching, career growth, and stakeholder management.
As a well sought out speaker and thought leaders her audience grabs hold of her witty but charismatic personality and her ability to speak directly to their hearts. Her talks about leadership, faith, careers, tech, wellness, and DEI speak to the heart of what matters most to her.
